Volunteer Program	Lunch Program	Before & After School Care
Each family will be required to volunteer 15 hours during the school year. Families have the option to “buy-out” their service hours for the cost of $300.00. How can you meet your service hour requirements? By volunteering at any or all of the different events sponsored by St. Bernadette Catholic School. Some of the events we will be sponsoring are: Bingo, PTO meetings, Spring Fest, Golf Tournaments, Big Money Give-Away, Year Book Committee, Lunch Room, Kid Fest, Field Trips, and Building and Grounds Maintenance. If you have ideas for volunteer opportunities, please feel free to submit them to the principal for consideration.	The lunches offered at St. Bernadette Catholic School are nutritious and prepared according to USDA standards. The cost for lunch is $3.25 per day. This includes white (Vitamin D or 2% low-fat) or chocolate milk. Lunches must be ordered 1 week in advance and cancellations of order must be made before 8:00 a.m. in order to receive credit for the lunch. You may choose to send a home lunch for your child. We do not offer microwave ovens for heating student home lunches.	We offer care for our students before and after school hours. The before school hours are 7:00 am – 7:45 am and the after school hours are 2:30 pm – 5:30 pm. We may offer full day care on the days school is closed and camp during spring break and Christmas vacation. You must be registered in order to participate in the before/after school program. The registration fee is $20.00. Tuition for the program is: $10.00 per day $40.00 per week The program ends each day at 5:30 pm. You will be charged $1.00 per child for each minute you are late.
